for online orders

§ 1 Scope

(1)For online orders of goods from www.stecknadeln.com The following General Terms and Conditions apply exclusively

§ 2 Conclusion of the contract/data protection

(1) By placing an online order, you submit a non-binding purchase offer. This purchase offer is then stecknadeln.com accepted when an order number has been assigned for the offer. Only upon acceptance of the offer does a claim to delivery of the goods arise.

(2) By submitting your data, stecknadeln.com is authorized to store and process the data required for the transaction and to pass it on to third parties to the extent that this is necessary for the transaction.

(3)You may not disclose the password required for placing an order to third parties. If you disclose it, you are also responsible for the third party's orders. You are responsible for any orders placed with your password and any resulting claims.

§ 3 Right of withdrawal and right of return

(1) You have a right of withdrawal and return. You may withdraw from a contract concluded under these Terms and Conditions within a period of two weeks without giving any reason. This period begins as soon as you receive the ordered goods. To meet the deadline, a written declaration from you or a declaration embodied on another durable medium is sufficient. You will then receive an address to which you can return the goods.

(2) In the event of an effective cancellation, the services already received must be returned. If you are unable to return the received service in whole or in part, or only in a used or deteriorated condition, you may be required to pay us compensation for the value. Furthermore, you can avoid the obligation to pay compensation by not using the item as an owner within the cancellation period and refraining from anything that could impair its value.

(3) You must compensate for any reduction in value caused by the intended use of the purchased item.

(4) We will bear the return shipping costs in the event of cancellation and return pursuant to paragraph (1) above only if the delivered goods do not correspond to those ordered. However, we will not bear the return shipping costs if our goods are returned after the right of cancellation has been exercised and the purchase price has not yet been paid at the time of cancellation.

(5) The goods must be returned verifiably and insured.

(6) When returning goods with a total value of more than € 500.00, you must send them as a specially secured valuable shipment.

(7) The shipping costs charged by us are non-refundable. In cases where the shipping costs were higher than the flat rate shipping costs charged by us, we reserve the right to deduct the actual shipping costs from the purchase price.

(8) We will only refund the money after receipt and inspection of the goods.

§ 4 Delivery of the goods

(1) stecknadeln.com delivers to delivery addresses within Germany and the rest of the European Union.

(2) stecknadeln.com is entitled to make partial deliveries. In the case of partial deliveries, stecknadeln.com shall bear the resulting additional shipping costs.

(3) Orders will be dispatched within 1-4 working days after receipt of payment, provided the goods are available.

(4) Shipping usually takes between 2-5 days. However, stecknadeln.com has no control over the postal service and therefore cannot expedite shipping. In very rare cases, the postal service may take up to 1 week.

(5) The buyer is responsible for paying any customs fees, does not apply to EU countries.

(6) The goods will be delivered to the delivery address specified by the customer. All information regarding the time of delivery of the goods is non-binding, as the seller no longer has any influence on the successful delivery after dispatch.

(7) The seller is not obligated to deliver goods that are no longer available from the manufacturer or wholesaler, even if they may still be listed in the product lists. The customer's statutory rights remain unaffected.

(8) If the buyer is responsible for a failed delivery because they provided an incorrect delivery address or unjustifiably refused to accept the package, the buyer shall bear the full costs for the unsuccessful delivery and the associated labor. The seller reserves the right to charge the customer a flat rate of €10.00 for domestic deliveries and €25.00 for international deliveries. In special cases, the seller reserves the right to prove higher damages and claim these from the buyer.

§ 5 Warranty

(1) The product images may differ from the appearance of the delivered products, particularly with regard to color, size, and packaging. In particular, changes in the appearance and features of the products may occur following product range updates by manufacturers. Claims for defects shall not apply to the extent that the changes are reasonable for the customer.

(2) If the goods are defective and you report them within one week of receipt, we will provide subsequent performance within a reasonable time, i.e., either by replacement delivery or by remedying the defects. If the subsequent performance you have chosen is only possible at disproportionate expense, we are entitled to subsequent performance in an alternative form. The expenses required for subsequent performance will be borne by us. If a reasonable period for subsequent performance has expired without result, you have the right, at your discretion, to cancel the purchase contract or to reduce the purchase price.

(3) If you decide to cancel the purchase agreement, you must return all services received by both parties and surrender any benefits derived from the goods. If you are unable to return the goods received in whole or in part, or only in a deteriorated condition, you may be required to compensate us for the value. However, any deterioration resulting from the intended use of the goods shall not be taken into account.
